New Camera

My Nikon Coolpix 5000 is in the Nikon hospital, waiting for parts to arrive from Japan. So, in the meantime I went and bought myself a new camera. It’s an old-school Olympus Trip 35, which is essentially the ancestor of the modern digital point and shoot models that you see now-a-days.

It was 42 in Birdsville yesterday. Enough said.
Zoe and I are pretty fine. Last Friday we bunked work and went to Magnetic Island where we proceeded to get damn sunburnt. That’ll teach us for leaving the AC.
Saturday saw me lose baseball. We sucked. Before heading out to dinner with some Tropical Biology people.
