Zoe and I spent most of the weekend at the Townsville Culture Fest. The Bulletin ran this story on the proceedings. We just ate the food and listened to the music.

The mexican posse from uni was there with their tortillas and burritos. We were walking past when Roderigo said “I’m as mexican as it gets!”. Although this is arguable, he looks pretty convincing…

We then laid under tha palm trees and went for a swim…

Walked around and ate food…

And checked out the Maori dancers…

Now I’m a little tired and I have to look down a microscope all week. Oh, and we lost baseball, which means we didn’t win a game all season. But, we made the finals ’cause there’s only 4 teams in A grade, so we could still win the whole thing (although that’s a little unlikely). It’s ok though, ’cause Australia lost to Cuba…
