I went to the Art Gallery (which has some really cool works in it's normal exhibition - there wasn't anything special on) and to the Museum. Then I went for a lay down in the Botanical Gardens and pulled the bark off all the Melaleucas that I could find ;) I also ended up getting some nice tea from the T-Bar and spent some time looking for a replacement pair of shoes for my chequered vans which are dying. Now I have sore legs and I think I'm getting a cold/flu, so I'm having a beer to get rid of it ;) I might also need to have a nap. Thinking of going to the movies tonight... It's pretty cool, I'm in the pub drinking a beer and checking out the internet, sweet. As for the tap water, it's so salty that you end up more thirsty afterwards. I think it's a ploy by Coopers Brewery to sell more beers... Travelling around really makes you think about the good and bad things about where you live. I've been constantly comparing everywhere to Townsville and what we've got up there. We always moan so much about how shite it is, but when I look back at some of the photos I've taken it's pretty cleat that there's some really cool stuff to do up in the Tropics...
