I think we can all learn from Tom here.
Next time we are studying for a Phd in the tropical freshwater department in JCU, Townsville and we need to have disected and sorted out invertebrate samples long ago, may we look back at Tom and thank god he paved the way for us all!
Again my brother…. Thank you! (sniff!)
sing it brother! amen. so you’re saying that you’ll know that you have to get up at 4am, right?
in any case, i don’t think the advice applies only to this endeavour. http://www.dictionary.com defines endeavour as:
“n 1: a purposeful or industrious undertaking (especially one that requires effort or boldness); “he had doubts about the whole endeavor”. 2: earnest and conscientious activity intended to do or accomplish something; “wished him luck in his endeavor”; v : attempt by employing effort; “we endeavor to make our customers happy”.”
sounds icky, mind you, today i’ve broken my record for the most samples processed in a single day, with a total over 30. the previous record was 20.
