Zoe and her knee

Zoe’s knee is giving her grief. Earlier this week she went to the oseopath to have her upper back/neck adjusted - it was sore ’cause she’s been walking on a crutch since December 04.

The next day her lower back flipped out and she ended up with a herinated disk. This hurt a lot more, getting into and out of the car reduced her to tears, and she’s usually a pretty tough cookie.

So, back to the osteopath we go for a bit more help, then to the chemist for some drugs. Right now, she’s laid-up in bed for a few days while it all sorts itself out.

Next week she’s got an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon so hopefully it’ll be better by then and she can concentrate on finally getting her knee sorted out!

Yeah, I’m sure it will, she just needs to STOP and let it heal!

She won’t be told, of course. Her mum, Minerva, admitted that she could be a bit self-righteous and maybe Zoe got that from her :)
