Crikey!
Been in the wilderness for a few days. We missioned up to Alligtor Falls, to the South of Townsville. A nice set of large drops that required climbing met us on Monday morning.
We owned them by 2pm and spent the rest of the day exploring the little creek. We caught a nice Carpet Python and an endemic Leaf-Tailed Gecko.

I filled my memory card getting psyched for Hinchinbrook. I also tried a hammock sleeping set-up for the night. It was better than the hard, cold, inclined ground, but the mozzie net didn’t really work. It ended up funnelling the mozzies into my area where they set about devouring me!

There’s also some photos in the Alligator Falls gallery.
