well as far as work is concerned anyway. But in terms of comments on this site…I’m doing A OK

oh my god aren’t u taking this site a little seriously???

I’m not sure about registering, it might be a trap that will condemn me to a life of communicating only in L33T, and that’s not cool at all.

I have no desire to register - I am free lance. Registering will only tie me down and restrict the quality of my comments!

god help us all.
why do i need to register? and for what?
I do not need any more regulation in my life.
Surely the essence of T&Z.com. is the very antithesis of registering.
Who is going to review my post and does that mean that censorship is
now the order of the day???
I enjoy coming home at the end of a long day of domination to look at the site and the long strings and having a laugh and catching up with you all.

i’ve been thinking about this and maybe i’ve got it wrong.
do you mean that we can register and so make our own entries and then people can make comments? is that what a post is?
maybe i should return to being a lurker.

My, we are feeling anti-establishment, aren’t we? Mind you, I’m not surprised; knee-jerk responses seem to be the order of the day lately.
I can see it now: tomandzoe.com floats on the stock exchange, with Phildo at the helm of a huge merger with Musashi. Meanwhile, lock, jodi and ylm are out the front of AGM holding placards saying, “You used to be dominant”, and “Mergers make baby Jesus cry”.
But then again, ylm and her posse of insurgents sound like they could be coming around. I saw jodi last night at the culture fest and she said that after she had commented above, she wanted to register - but then felt like she couldn’t cross the floor and betray her vehement party line.
To be honest, I don’t really give a shit if you register or not. The reason that I set it up is that some people sound like they would like to be more involved, but aren’t really sure how to go about it. I, personally, would like to see more on this site than my own ideas. Some fresh content, should we say?
If you do register you will have the ability to post (the bullshit that I write is referred to as a ‘post’; the bullshit that you guys write is referred to as ‘comments’). You write a draft and it goes onto the server, I can then look at it, fix all the spelling mistakes, and post it on the site. There wouldn’t be censorship, but you may have to defend your views (just like I do three times a week), but judging from the ranting abilities of all you guys, I’m sure that won’t be a problem

The whole idea of registering is so that you can post. I’m sure that lock will be posting if he and timtim take out their 8h endurance mountain biking race this weekend.
It’s so you can leave tales of domiance in full-format. ylm you could do a trip review of your 1975 mission b/w Sydney and London - things aren’t the same now, you know?
It’s so you can represent like, Rusty.

sorry darling.
after i thought about it i realised that it was my ignorance that was the problem and when i realised what a post probably is, it all makes sense.
your comments above comfirm that.
now john and i could really add to the dominance by posting about our sunday walks..but then again, maybe not.
what is full format?
even if locks and tim don’t take out the 8hr, i’m sure their adventures would make great reading for the rest of us - so come on locks and timtim, tell us about it.
and jodi, every insurgent worth their salt should cross the floor every now and then.

“full-format”, as in not being limited to just a comment…
