Update
While the action has slowed on tandz.com of late, more has been happening behind the scenes. Amanda has just left after a few days in the North. It was cool to catch up and find our that the whole crew has returned to Port Stephens, taking up their old jobs or new spots within Fisheries. We’re going to head down for xmas and new years. here’s some photos.
Beyond hanging out with the girls, I’ve been trying to get chapter 4 off the ground, chasing up postdocs, and attempting to inspire the B-Grade baseball squad to greatness (they don’t appear to be listening). The second outing in the three game final series begins tomorrow against Feds. Last weekend they blew a four run lead to lose 13-6. Pitiful. So, they have to win tomorrow or it’s all over.

Oh, and only timtim has transfered any cash for dominators singlets. Fairly undominant performance.

Tom!
Did we not just have a conversation about the shameful lack of funds in my bank? You remember, the conversation immediately preceding the announcement that ‘beer o’clock’ is approaching. Funds for a singlet have taken up by a) replacement of the derailer, which was stolen off my bike last week, b) international student tuition, c) the reoccurrence of ‘beer o’clock’, and d) something which is escapes me at the moment.
And ya, I know ‘Dry your eyes mate’ but where’s the Aloha?

November 2nd, 2005 at 2:07 pm
Wait a second, shouldn’t it be go THE Leica Falcon? Like go THE Cowboys?
November 2nd, 2005 at 2:41 pm
Same thing happened to them
November 4th, 2005 at 3:45 pm
Andy - FYI: no. the cowboys are a collective, and as such are able to be referred to as THE.
Leica Falcon is a single horse. Horses can only be called THE when you don’t know their name.
but then it’s usually THAT horse, especially at Flemington, otherwise no one will know which one you mean. especially not THE bookie (being an exchangable collective).
hope this helps,
THAT Zoe.
