5-way pelvis thrust rings-in ‘06
Zoe called me earlier this afternoon, interuppting my video.google.com session. I was watching viedos of tiger dominating, and other funny cats. I’m preparing a paper for publication, to be sent off this evening, and myself for a 10 day detox program. No booze, coffee, wheat, yeast, or dairy. Together these banned substances constitute most of my diet. No wonder I feel like shite. Once I’ve finished detoxing I’ll be going into intensive ninja training so that I can do a one-armed-pull-up by the end of the year - in response to the challenge laid down by timtim (I may need to open another page to track the progress on this challenge).
We’re back in theland of the humid zombie after spending a coupld of weeks at southern latitudes. Zoe suggested that I put up some good pictures. I told her that her idea of good pictures and my idea of good pictures differ substantially. While I like the unusual details that capture essence, Zoe prefers shots that tell the story, especially who was there. In any case, we decided that we probably needed two galleries; one that reflects the holiday that we had (several pages) and one of the birds that tom saw.
Highlights for me included getting zoe and kath to do flaming sambucca gas chamber on new years eve, and the team pelvis thrust to ring in the new year.

Hey Tom I did the Coast walk in the Royal National Park From Bundeena to The Gong (almost the Gong) Just before New Years. My step dad and I stopped at that jumping spot for lunch on the first day. It was slightly warm walking through the Heath at about 38 degrees C not to bad compared to the sweat bath that we get here on a daily and nightly basis. I woke up the other night and it was 3:30am and it was 33 degrees in my room.

The best way to get rid of those pesky cyclists is to give give them a swift kick up the backside as you swing by on your powerful motorcycle. No that I’d know, but a Hells Angel once told me

Tom,
I am back in sunny ( stormy) Townsville, is there any activity around on the saltwaterfly front?
Let me know if you want to go fishing; I am keen and got 50 % of the directors of TSArchitects buying Redington rods and reading flyfishing mags. if everything goes according to plan the next office trip will be to Christmas Island to chase giant Bone fish jejejee.

classic! i love it.
my hunch is that as soon as aplin’s weir is flooded out (could be in the next few days if this rain keeps up) the action will be at the base of the weir at high tide on the downstream site. you can fly fish there, but it’s a bit of a bitch. you’d be better off going from a boat. i think you should get TSArchitects to buy one of these bad boys.
