TR is so dreamy....

Once that leg is well and truly on the mend, i think you should seek the help of my good friend, Billy Blanks. He's all about dominator physiques!

I was just thinking of ordering his new offering. It's not called Personal Power, that was his old one. It's something else. I saw it on TV just the other night when I couldn't sleep. There was an hour long infomercial with 'famous' people you've never heard of endorsing the tapes/cds/dvds. Fuck! What was it called. Ok, wait, Google will tell me. not there. Eureka! Get the fucking edge.

You'll be pleased to read that, 12 hours later, I'm feeling much more myself. I think I'm over the Tramal hump. This afternoon I've only been taking Panadol - normal old paracetamol. No more opiates, for the time being at least; I might keep the morphine tablets for when I hand in my thesis. Might take them camping down the beach, in front of a bonfire on Maggie maybe.

It's so nice over there. Zoe and I went down to the Strand this afternoon for a spot of Cold Rock ice cream (I had mango and lemon, she rasberry and coconut). I also took some photos, including this shot of a Brahminy Kite. It's not the greatest picture ever, but they're hard to get close to and, anyway, I like it a lot. here's some pro shots.
