I think I'm over the Tramal hump. This afternoon I've only been taking Panadol - normal old paracetamol. No more opiates, for the time being at least; I might keep the morphine tablets for when I hand in my thesis. Might take them camping down the beach, in front of a bonfire on Maggie maybe. It's so nice over there. Zoe and I went down to the Strand this afternoon for a spot of Cold Rock ice cream (I had mango and lemon, she rasberry and coconut). I also took some photos, including this shot of a Brahminy Kite.
