I’m sorry, but you’re not strong until you can lift twice your body weight in the clean and jerk. Erika Yamasaki can. If she takes out gold at the Commonwealth Games next week, I nominate her for an honourary dominators singlet. In fact, I nominate her anyway. Obviously, Pauly G and I have a long way to go. That kind of effort makes our Month of Massive look a bit ordinary. She could actually almost clean and jerk me! Wow, that sounds a bit weird doesn’t it?
