New School Domination (400:30)

The birding over the last few days has been nothing short of incredible - everything we’ve been hunting has called, flown around, come down from the canopy, sat in sunlit patches to be photographed and left us in awe.

The birding in the Gold Coast has been outstanding as well, specially the olive skin brazilians, is rare to see this migratory species so early in the season, usually they come around in summer… I tried to take some pics but nearly got arrested in the process…

The surf has been awsome, Guido came around in the weekend along with other ExTownsville JCUes and manage to catch his first wave in a 7,4 longboard.

On that note… Duncs I hope you’ve been successful in your IMD goal of spotting the rare Tight-Legged-Jean Blackbird (common name: Hot Damn Oh My Goshawk).
