Mexican birds

Now that I’m south of the Queensland border, I’ve been able to tick a few more birds. This week I got onto three new species while we were doing field work: Red-kneed Dotterel, Red-rumped Parrot and White-plumed Honeyeater. I also managed to get some photos of a few species (despite the disgraceful state of their habitats), although most of my shots were pretty poor. For those of you playing at home the following photos are Bar-tailed Godwit, Clamorous Reed Warbler and Red-Rumped Parrot (note the red rump).
