Good, instead of evil

MySpace and Bebo are lame.

There, I’ve said it.

Guy Marion tried to convince me otherwise at my birthday dinner, going so far as to say, “I bet you a case of beer that, within a month of setting up your MySpace page, you’ll have been contacted by 10 of your best friends from your past”.

It seemed like an easy way to win a case of beer, so I replied, “You’re on, but why wouldn’t I have kept in touch with these people if they were by 10 best friends?”. Now I have to go and set up a MySpace page - how lame (here it is).

Zoe has a Bebo page (a similar sort of deal, but ‘way cooler’ she assures me). I think it’s completely awful and should be dealt with! She also admits the lame-ness, but has had people contact her who she can’t even remember ever knowing - although they seem to know her! What the hell?

Maybe Roxy the Rockhopper will add me as her friend?

Hey do any of you(s) by any chance know the myspace page of Matt Symonds? I’ve heard horror stories about it.

25% of the month has gone and you still have no friends.

So is there a beer or two in it for me if I wait over a month to hook you up with Dave, who also has a Myspace page (www.myspace/sprayah). Having 0 friends is kinda suspicious….
