Last gasp, or just a start?

IMD3 has been an interesting one. To be honest, I haven’t been feeling too dominant and am thinking of extending my efforts into September - into IMD3b.

I’m up to 10 new birds (with more to come over the next few days) and think I can nail the touch your toes challenge before the month is out, but I’d really like to do the push up challenge and ride to Port Stephens too.

I’ve been impressed by timtim’s efforts - he’s done 9 billion push ups this month and will come back from Darwin a fit and ripped unit!

Zoe’s joined the gym and arranged her leg operation, so she’s also kicking arse!

How’s everyone else been going?

I think this is the month of anti-domination for me. I haven’t ticked a single bird this month (i tell you, there’s nothing left), but I’m considering getting a mammal guide to tick all the different rats and squirrels I’ve seen lately. My toes are still about 10cm away from me and I probably haven’t done a push up in about 10 months.

On the other hand, by the end of the month I’ll have ridden about 500km of french countryside, which will be a record for me. And this month I’ve dominated about 30 different types of wine and about 15 cheese varieties. That’s probably why the 6 pack in my unit is still a bit unbottled, despite all the walking and riding I’ve been doing lately.

IMD3b or not, I’m thinking about going to the Alps next month and tick every single species of bird, marmot, goat, cow and crazy alpine yoddling folk.

    Bon courage!

Extending efforts into September - into IMD3b sounds great, Tom!

I am doing hardcore labwork here on the Rhine region and also riding my Holland-bike up the wine hills, which is quiete a challange with a 3-way bike.

Still I haven’t been abel to test the Tajine, because I am living here in a wine-growers shared household, where the grapejuice finds much more attention.

Slovakia is canceled, but Meike and me still gonna go to the Cape Verde islands in October.
    Ciao!

I see no reason to stop some of the well being initiatives commenced this month. It will only make us more dominant. And besides if you guys keep up the training then when you end up on the north side again we can have some phat adventures

I heartly endorse this product and/or service. My Marathon training is currently being dominated (sitting at 50K+ a week) riding has dropped off a bit but that’s okay as running is my main focus. I would really like to try and crack the 100 pushup challange and I still have not made a new friend.

Well I’ve been getting dominated by a weak case of the flu. Not enough to keep me in bed, but enough to make me feel like ass.

    Seriously weak…

I’m heading back to Canadialand Friday afternoon, so maybe Thursday night, when we’re back from Bourke, there might be a possibility of drinks, etc.

    Chris.

Rdi, way to dominate the cheese, man, you are a legend. Kiki, surely winegrowers need tajine food too, o? anyway, I haven’t done ANY of my cooking domination challenges, so I concur with all on the extension of IMD.

Duncs, poor you, Christine - we should definitely all catch up before you go back.. we’ll talk to you later in the week?

Well just after the domination month ended, I decided to go to Paris for the day on Saturday and I #v

Well someone censored my last comment… what a shock, no freedom of speech!

Anyway, right after domination month i dominated Paris in 9 hours, but I haven’t ticked a bird in ages.

Lauryne’s sister is coming to visit me today, and Sara on thursday, and we’re all going to dominate Dijon with its mustard and all.

By the way I have to make a public complaint: Kiki hasn’t come to visit me yet, even though this place is also full of wine growers.

Zoe, I could be the cheese correspondent for your food blog: “…and the smelly of the week is…”

  10. kiki says:

    heh Rodi,
watch your complaints, Karin and me are coming around Chrissi and will test some of your smelly cheese, don’t worry!

I thought Lauryne’s sister wants to visit me?! Nobody comes to visit me in Germany!
