Marathon

Ben ran the marathon - p’b'ing his half marathon time on the way. Then, at 30k, he bonked. I understand it was quite painful, but with the power of Stewey, he overcame - Dominant!

Zoe’s gone across the ditch to kiwi-land for the week and I’m getting ready for a 3 week field trip (our first sampling effort for the new project). Yikes!

    nice work there Ben! You make us proud. By the way I think I have been suffering post IMD3 performance blues. I guess I’m taking a little recovery time before carrying on. Lots to be dominated up here!

    Good luck Tom, I hope it goes well. The barra are starting to come on now so there should be some trips “to a place I know” with a few local guys
