Currawongs have nested outside our window - four chicks. I wonder how many will make it through summer.

Despite a massive storm and winds that have taken out the TV antenna all currawongs are still in the nest! looking slight more messy and feathery I might add.

if you’ve got time you please take some photos of the chicks?
we will miss their progress.
when I was in your flat early last week i was amazed by how the parent bird stayed in the nest despite the wind nearly lifting the bird completely up by its tail and tossing it out.
somehow it hung on and the chicks presumably were quite snug underneath.

Only two chicks left it looks like… the nest it quite cramped they must have pushed out the other two siblings!
