Get your pec on

Ben put the cardboard push-up tally back on the wall. The six weeks till xmas should provide ample time to reach our goal of 100 in a row.

week 4: 25 pushups x 3 sets (5 days of the week)
week 5: 25 pushups x 4 sets (4 days of the week)
week 5: 30 pushups x 3 sets (4 days of the week)
week 6: 35 pushups x 3 sets (4 days of the week)
week 7: 40 pushups x 3 sets (4 days of the week)
week 8: 45 pushups x 3 sets (5 days of the week)
week 9: 50 pushups x 3 sets (4 days of the week)
week 10: 100 pushups!

And, as I’ve been locked up working on a funding application, here’s a photo of an Osprey - from my August trip to Sth Stradbroke Island.

I still struggle to see how you can go from 25,30,35,40,45,50… to ONE HUNDRED! There is something seriously wrong with this array, surely? Look back on your 1st year stats Tomo, it’s just not possible with those kinds of numerical errors.
