lol. I looked at it and thought maybe double 's' but google was my friend and corrected me.
I agree with solid colours looking the best on a bike with a nice clear coat and chrome stays. That being said I am still partial to some of those 80's colours like teal that have low saturation with the tiny metal flakes to give it some shine.

I've got to say my first thought was that it was a tasty looking red. At least I'm not alone in my paint devouring ponderings. It was probably the added suggestion that ras"P"berries held.

Nah. I'm going with the solid colours. In retro times, bling was added using pin-striping and other details - chrome too.

Imagine drinking paint - spew!

Yeah you might have to put a pearly/clear layer under the final clear coat. But hey the solid colours might be vibrant enough without some sparkle.

For some reason I want to drink the red in the bottom pic. It looks like felt.

No pearl; they are just solid colours. While enamels are arguably better for brushing on than acrylics, the colour range is limited by the number of base thinners available (10 or 11). Metallics and pearls are not available - pearl, for example is usually shot as the overcoat in a 2-pack paint system, I understand.
