Indeed go Cadel. On the first night I thought that the 2 commentating Phils must be on the take from Columbia sportswear. Everything was about how good the team is and they even went through a detailed description of the variety of items Columbia sells and how good they are. Could be that Cavendish is on that team and the 2 Phils are not just commentating for sleep-deprived Aussies but for others a lot closer to Pau or Toulouse. Will they be showing Le Tour in Brazil??? Emily and Louisa are in Paris together but I am not entirely convinced that their hearts and minds are focussed on the boy from Barwon Heads in spite of my encouragement to do so.

I haven´t found a trace of le Tour in Brazil, or anywhere during my extensive travels through Sth America (a layover in Santiago, Chile). What´s worse is that the highlights videos are unavailable due to geographic restrictions. Perhaps they need a Tour da Brazil? I think it´d have to be undertaken on dual suspension bikes though.

I saw some brazilian flags out there today while watching the tour. Wow, great racing on that final climb - good on Gerrans!
