Especially when the team manager admits that he used EPO to win Le Tour. When last year's Spanish winner has more doping allegations than a dog has fleas, the previous year's Spanish winner can only come 70th, over 2 hours behind, 2 of the 4 disqualified this year were Spanish and most of Ricco's team were Spanish.
