IMD4 - go till you´re out of kerjiggers

Each August for the last four years, ordinary men and women around the world have united to achieve extrodinary goals. They have done thousands of push-ups, moved to new countries, graduated from universities, ridden their bikes hundreds of kilometres, learned new skills and overcome personal obstacles.

Here at tomandzoe.com we have followed some of these approaches to domination.

If this is your first International Month of Domination, don´t be scared - here´s some FAQs to help you out:

1. What do you mean by dominate? This is the International Month of Domination, not the International Month of Mediocre Attempts at Success, so it should be pretty obvious. However, a good rule-of-thumb is that if you have to ask if you´re dominating, you´re probably not.

2. I´m still confused, what should I do? The whole idea is to choose a few tasks that are too hard to achieve within four weeks and do them anyway. These tasks/goals/objectives are usually physical (e.g., riding up big hills), but can also be practical (e.g., learning to fly) or emotional (e.g., overcoming a personal fear).

3. What are kerjiggers? Each year we have a slogan. Last year it was ‘adventure doesn´t start at midday´. Before that it was ´blueprints for bigness´. This year it´s ´go ´till you´re out of kerjiggers´. Kerjiggers is a slang word for energy. I´m not sure where it came from, but it´s fun to use so spread the word.
